“This is our 4th real estate transaction with Gary. Over the years we have purchased and sold many homes and in our experience there is no better Realtor than Gary Shea. Gary is highly professional, very communicative and puts his clients above everything. He operates with understanding and integrity and always took time to answer our questions. Century 21 is fortunate to have Gary and his staff on its team!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Gary Shea on a transaction in Butte, Montana. As a real estate broker from another state, I was particularly impressed by Gary’s depth of local knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail. He was always prompt in getting back to me and provided valuable insights and contacts that helped the process run smoothly. Gary is a true professional and a great resource for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Butte area. I look forward to working with him again. Highly recommended!”

“Gary Shea's very knowledgable and helped us through the home purchasing process from start to finish, dealing with our inexperience in a patient and understanding way. He made it easy to purchase a home from out of state and was willing to help us make the transition when we couldn't be in the same location.”

“Gary got done two complicated transactions for me that would not have been possible for many of other realtors. When dealing with significant property transactions, having someone that can understand the situation and is willing to take the time to get them completed was a significant attribute not only for the purchase and sale agreements, but also for my own peace of mind.”

“Gary Shea was amazing to work with he understood that selling my house was very emotional for me. He was very committed to getting the right buyer that would enjoy everything that came with the house. My grandpa built that house and only my family lived there. Gary is very helpful and respectful he will do anything for the seller or a person who is looking to buy.”

“From the start, Century 21 played a vital role. During a violent windstorm in Butte, Jennifer Shea invited me to come into their office to get out of the tempest outside. Gary Shea then arranged for a truly outstanding drone flyover video of our rural property and careful photographed the interior. Gary's excellent advertising attracted a client through another realtor. Gary's wonderfully calm and understanding manner helped both parties negotiate the final deal so all parties were content. It was a great experience working with Gary.”

“We had seen Gary's signs in Butte for the past few years and when we called him to talk about listing our place in Polson, he answered his phone! After talking to him we were sure he was the agent for us. He did everything he said he would do and was very efficient. He always responded to our phone calls and questions quickly. When he showed us homes in Butte he didn't hover; he let us take our time in each home, and was able to answer all our questions. We highly recommend Gary Shea to anyone buying or selling a home.”

“I have been working with Gary for the past 5 years. His professionalism, knowledge of the market, upfront honesty is the reason my property sold fast. Walked me through each process as they came up and made for an easy transaction. Tops in my book.”

“Gary was exacting and excellent at every little detail and extremely knowledgeable and awesome! Gary knew just what to do to sell our home and within 24 hours of him listing it, we had several parties wanting a showing and were under contract within a week!! Gary navigated several offers coming in at once and potential buyers no matter the temperament with ease, and kept the situation under our control and comfortable for everyone. My husband and I noticed throughout the process how smart and skillful he was at every single aspect in the process and had no doubt that we were in the most competent hands possible with Gary Shea as our agent! The best choice you can make is to have him as your realtor. Thank you so much, Gary, and Century 21!!!”

“Plain and simple, if it wasn't for Gary Shea we most likely would have been unable to purchase the property we did. From the initial call of the property which was listed online, to our offer made after another offer was on the table, to the acceptance of our offer, the assistance in obtaining financing, scheduling the inspection and finally closing, Gary went way above and beyond what we expected. This is the second time we have utilized his services and if another opportunity arises for another Property, we will be returning to use him again no questions asked. His knowledge of the community and expertise with the local market were extremely beneficial and critical when it came to purchasing our Property.”

“Gary and Jennifer Shea and their staff have always gone above and beyond for my parents with their realty needs. No one knows the Butte area like they do, and they keep their clients best interest in sharp focus.”

He was understanding, answered all of our questions, responded to all of our calls in a timely manner and was very patient and efficient in handling all our requests.
